About me

I am a Brazilian storyteller with a passion for news and people. With a degree in Journalism and French from Northwestern University, I love exploring and writing about mental health, queer identities and pop culture — sometimes all at once.

I believe in the power that words have to change people, which is why I'm also passionate about learning languages (I speak English, Portuguese, French and Spanish) and interviewing people, telling their stories. Other interests include singing to karaoke, writing poems and watching old animated films to see if they aged well.
